This will be an overview of the key changes, the most significant in the last 30 years, being introduced to Scottish corporate insolvency by the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018 and the Insolvency (Scotland) (Company Voluntary Arrangements and Administration) Rules 2018. Malcolm will focus on the key practical implications for solicitors working in insolvency cases and the Insolvency Practitioners that we represent.
